Perro Y Sangre - Teatro Latea, New York City

Chuck Alexander and I created this backdrop for the Ochre House Production of Perro Y Sangre presented last October in New York. Written by Matt Posey, the play featured Antonio Arrebola and Delilah Buitron in a story set in a small village in Spain in the early 20th century. Taking "Guernica" as our inspiration, we set out to compliment the action- a village in Malaga terrorized by a dog and featuring musicians and flamenco. The panels are 8 ft. tall and 4 feet wide and were sent to NYC in tubes where they were stretched for the production.
